Eligibility
- Nigerian
- Financial need (must be able to demonstrate limited or lack of funds for studies)
- must have strong academic record/transcript from grades 7 - 12 with an excellent WAEC result
- Must have gained admission into a University in Nigeria
- The course of study must be one of the following: Medicine, Law, Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics and Agricultural Science
- Must not be less than 17 years old
The second deadline is October 30th and successful candidates are notified by December 30th
1st Step
Applicants must first send a request mail to: patsukore@yahoo.com
2nd Step
Applicant is to send copies of all documents to patsukore@yahoo.com
with an essay of 500 words titled "My Motivation"
Documents to be sent (1st Step)
- Copies of Secondary school transcripts (from grades 7-12)
- WAEC result (not less than 7 As, including Maths and English)
- Copy of admission letter into a Nigerian University
- Birth Certificate
- Parents profession /occupation evidenced by a pay slip (if available)
- Essay of 500 words "My Motivation"
When all documents are received, including the essay - an application form will be sent to the awardee through e-mail, which must be filled and signed by the awardee and scanned back through e-mail.
Along with the application form, a guarantor's form will also be given to be filled by the awardee's teacher or Principal.

After all forms and applications are received. The Board will make a decision by choosing the best candidates from the pool.
Only successful candidates will be contacted for an invitation to receive the grant. Though selection will be based on excellence, girls are strongly encouraged to apply.
